This page explains what personal data is collected when you visit strategysculpt.com, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who is responsible for your data
Strategy Sculpt is operated by Maja Knezevic, based in Belgrade, Serbia. I am the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What is collected, and why
If you simply read the page
Nothing is stored about you unless you accept cookies. The site is a single static page hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the page to you, which is technically necessary and happens on every website you visit.
If you accept cookies
Accepting the cookie banner loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag. This is an advertising and analytics tool that allows me to see, in aggregate, how people find this page and whether my LinkedIn ads are working. It also allows LinkedIn to show my ads to people who have visited the site.
LinkedIn collects your IP address, device and browser characteristics, the page URL, referrer, and a timestamp. Where you are a LinkedIn member, LinkedIn may match this to your account. I never see who you individually are — I only see aggregated reports about the professional makeup of visitors.
If you decline, this tag is never loaded and none of the above happens. Your choice is stored in a single first-party cookie so you are not asked again on every visit, and you can change it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of the main page.
If you send a message through the contact form
Your name, email address and message are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in my Netlify account so I can reply. That is the only purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not pass your details to anyone.
If you buy the Field Guide
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. You enter your payment details on their checkout, not on this site. I never see or store your card number. Lemon Squeezy provides me with your name, email address and the details of what you bought, so that I can deliver the product, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Legal basis for processing
- Consent — for the LinkedIn Insight Tag and any advertising cookies. You give it by clicking Accept, and you may withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract — for processing your purchase and delivering the Field Guide.
- Legitimate interest — for replying to a message you have chosen to send me.
- Legal obligation — for keeping records of sales for tax and accounting purposes.
Who your data is shared with
Only with the service providers that make this site work:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form storage
- LinkedIn — advertising measurement, only with your consent
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and order fulfilment
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. Some of these providers operate outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, and transfers rely on the safeguards those companies have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
- Contact form messages — kept while our correspondence is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
- Purchase records — kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Cookie data — as set out in the table above.
Your rights
Under Serbian data protection law and the GDPR, you may:
- Ask what personal data I hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Object to processing, or ask that it be restricted
- Withdraw consent for cookies at any time, without affecting anything that happened before
- Receive your data in a portable format
Email maja@strategysculpt.com and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the data protection authority in your own country if you are in the EEA.
Children
This is a professional product for people working in business. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be reflected in the cookie banner as well.
